Are You a Slave To The Scale?

When it comes to weight loss, people tend to set their goals based on a weight that they want to lose or a goal weight the want to get down to. And generally, they make a HUGE mistake when they start a diet and workout program. They DO not take measurements and pictures BEFORE they start their transformation. What happens then? They lose motivation because they don't see the results they want.

When going through a transformation it is critical you take measurements and pictures every 4 weeks so you can see first hand how your body is changing. You may not see changes on the scale every week, but your body is changing.



DO NOT become a slave to the scale! Do NOT weigh your self daily. Weigh yourself ONCE a week, and at the same time of day (usually first thing in the morning is best). Weighing yourself daily can be extremely discouraging and it is not a good indication of the changes your body is going through.

At Rock'N Body Boot Camps, we will track and chart your progress through your transformation by taking measurements, weighing you on a scale, and taking pictures. But most important we will be asking and noting how you are feeling both physically and emotionally.
