What are Tabata's?
Tabata is the name of a Japanese researcher who discovered this intense form interval training. It has been proven to be espeially effective in FAT LOSS.
Here is how a Tabata works:
1) For twenty seconds, do as many repetitions of one exercise as possible.
2) Rest for ten seconds
3) Repeat for a total of 8 rounds / 4 minutes!!
