Over the course of each session, trained instructors will guide you through 45-minute workouts. Using your own body as the primary tool, workouts will teach you to punch, kick and hit with power, speed and accuracy. This highly energetic, empowering but most importantly FUN workout will have you burning 9x more body fat than traditional steady state cardio!
